We like to have salads for dinner or as a side to our dishes. They are easy to prepare, you can add something to it and you make completely new salad… It is fun. This time, I have gotten inspired by my mum-in-law. She prepared this salad when she visited us here. The combination may sound a bit strange (for the first time I did not know what to expect as well), but the taste is completely opposite – in other words, light and delicious.
What do you need for preparation:
handful baby spinach leaves
400 g strawberries
you can add grape
lactose free cheese
lactose free cream
Chop baby spinach, lettuce, half amount of strawberries (you can add grapes as well) and walnuts. When ready, mix everything in bowl and add grated lactose free cheese on top. Blend the other part of strawberries together with cream and honey to get strawberry topping. Serve salad with cooled topping. Enjoy it!
