Baked pork shoulder on garlic, fennel and rosemary

We are real food and meat lovers with my husband. And we love pork! This time I have prepared pork shoulder baked in the oven on garlic, fennel and rosemary. Everything what you need is coming πŸ™‚

What do you need:Β

1 kg pork shoulder

4 spoons of olive oil

2 pieces of fresh fennel

6 cloves of garlicΒ

6 pieces of bay leave

4 pieces of fresh rosemaryΒ

fennel seeds

ground cumin

pepper

2 glasses of white wineΒ

Crush all spices and garlic together, mix them with olive oil and brush the meat. Once ready, put the meat in the big pan. Cover the meat with fresh rosemary, bay leaves and chopped fresh fennel and add wine. To cover the pan, I use aluminium foil and afterwards, it goes to the preheat oven. Bake the meat with cover around 1 hour, then remove aluminium foil and cook until nice crust is on top of pork shoulder. You can serve with rice, potato, potato mash or with everything together πŸ™‚

Hopefully, you will enjoy it as we do. Buen provecho!
