Spinach mango, kiwi and kale
Green pleasure. Rich – kale as superfood, kiwi full of vitamins, “ironic” spinach and delicious mango. Blend handful of chopped kale and spinach together with 2 pieces of kiwi and half a mango.
Cucumber, lettuce, honey and lemon juice
Green. Green. Green. My favourite colour. Fresh and delicious. Full of vitamin E because of lettuce and detoxifying when cucumber is used.
Peel and cut cucumber, handful of chopped lettuce, spoon of honey and lemon juice from one lemon is needed.
Carrot, pumpkin, mango, kiwi and butternut squash
With the little Canito, house is full of carrots, pumpkins and butternut squash. So… Blend 2 good size carrots, 3 bigger pieces of chopped pumpkin and butternut squash, 2 pieces of kiwi and half a mango.
Strawberry, raspberry, banana and oats
To make nutritional drink you will need 100 g oats, handful of strawberries, handful of raspberries, one banana and addition of protein can be tasty as well! Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy it.
