One of the last meals what I prepared before I have gone on holiday was pasta – tagliatelle! Spinach and classical one 🙂 I love pasta and I would be able to eat it all the time. So why not to prepare homemade one with Jamie Oliver´s recipe. And not to prepare it something difficult, I made spicy tomato sauce with spicy chorizo.
What do you need
approximately 80 g pasta per person
decent piece of spicy chorizo
2 sweet peppers (different colours)
2 garlic cloves
4 spoons sour cream
salt a pepper
Firstly prepare your fresh pasta or it is perfectly fine to use already made one. While cooking pasta, you can start with sauce preparation. Take one small pan, put all tomatoes, one onion, garlic cloves and chili and fry it without oil, until slightly burnt. When ready, blend everything togerher. While frying all vegetables, take a bigger pan, add olive oil and chopped onion. Fry it until golden and add cut chorizo pieces. When starting to smell nice, add chopped sweet pepperand fry it additional 10 minutes. To finalize your sauce, add blended tomato sauce into the pan with 4 spoons of sour cream. Let it boil until is the sauce a bit thicker. Afterwards, you can serve with pasta!
