Extra egg and bacon fried rice with pork

Rice is the main food for half the people in the world.

The Chinese word for rice is the same as their word for food.

Rice is the second highest worldwide production after maize (corn). Since maize is mostly grown for purposes other than human consumption, rice is the most important grain for human consumption.

There are more than 40,000 varieties of rice that grow on every continent except on Antarctica.

Some research shows that rice may have been indigenous to India over 4,000 years ago and moved…

Dinner time with rice! Fried rice with pork was is this time. I have not used any “special” rice, just plain white rice.

What do you need:

1 cup of rice

650 g pork

8 slice of bacon

350 g green beans

spring onions

6 eggs

soy sauce

spicy sauce

olive oil

Take a pot, add rice and cook it until soft. In a big Wok pan, fry bacon with cut pork and olive oil. When is meat soft and tender, bacon slightly crispy, put it aside and fry vegetables. In the mean time, rice should be cooked. Put afterwards rice into the pan and mix it properly with vegetables. Fry it until slightly brown and add meat with bacon. Stir the mixture and add soy and spicy sauce according to your taste 🙂 When mixed properly, scrape rice onto one side of pan and pour 2 eggs into the other side. Stir immediately to scramble the eggs. When starting to cook, stir rice into the eggs. Season with more soy or spicy sauce if needed. Let it fry in small heat. In other pan, fry the rest of 4 eggs.

You are ready to serve. You can have it with delicious avocado aside or tomatoes or both. Enjoy! 😉
