“Grains” soup

Hello everyone!

Do you have as well lazy days? I did one yesterday when I came from work… Taking care of my little tornado and cooking was like climbing the Mount Everest πŸ™‚ So I did not do anything complicated and went for soup for dinner – soup full of different type of grains. Actually great for dark autumn days. And if not enough… sandwich aside πŸ™‚

This soup is absolutely easy and really quick. Start with peeling potatoes and cutting them into small pieces. Once ready, you just need to take a big pot, add all ingredients – excluding eggs, but including cut potatoes, peeled garlic cloves (not crushed) and vegetable stock. Add water and let it boiled until all grains are well cooked and soft. When ready, add eggs and stir them properly in soup. You can add pinch of pepper at the end or salt is possible as well. I do not use salt when I am using vegetable stock.

And done! You can enjoy this really nice soup. I made it as well in “baby friendly” version without any stock or pepper and our little one just loved it πŸ™‚

Have a nice day!
