When I was on maternity leave I was thinking many times how busy my days are. Now… I feel like my days simply fly and sometimes I wish for small break and a bit of slower speed. During those days, I am looking for something quick and delicious to prepare. Last week, I prepared one of our favourites – tagliatelle, spinach tagliatelle. This time baked with spaghetti π Really comfort food, quick and it seems, that everyone enjoys it. And I have finally found time to share it with you…
What do you need:Β
500 g spinach tagliatelle
250 g spaghettiΒ
extra olive oilΒ
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
750 g minced beef
black pepper
Italian seasoning for spaghetti or minced beef seasoning
can crushed tomatoesΒ
1 tbsp tomato paste
basil
mozzarella
lactose free cheese
parsley
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. In big pot cook tagliatelle with spaghetti. Do not be afraid to add enough salt into the water π In the Wok pan heat the oil, add chopped onion and fry it until golden. Afterwards, add crushed garlic and fry it for a while (but do not burn it). Add minced meat and season it. I picked seasoning for minced meat instead of Italian seasoning. Mix it properly with meat and cook until is soft. When ready, add spoon of tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and chopped basil leaves. When is pasta ready, toss the meat mix with it and transfer into baking tray. Mix everything properly together and top is with mixture of cheese – grated mozzarella and lactose free cheese (or whichever you prefer) π Put it into the oven and bake it until cheese is turning brownish!
Hopefully, you will enjoy it as we did!
