My working week is finishing! I am looking forward again to my weekend and spending time with my two men. Do you have plans? We are having swimming lessons with our little monkey in new pool, new teacher so I cannot wait to see him enjoying those moments 🙂 In the mean time, I thought about my childhood and goulash soup has crossed my mind. It reminds as one of my favourite soups… 🙂
What do you need:
2 – 4 potatoes
200 g minced meat
8 – 10 sausages
vegetable broth or vegetable stock
sweet paprika powder
salt and pepper
2 bay leaves
Take a big pot for your soup and firstly start with peeling potatoes, cut sausages and finely chop onion. When done, add onion pieces into the pot together will oil. Fry it until golden and add minced meat with sausages. Fry everything together until slightly golden and add approximately two table spoons of sweet paprika powder and stir it for couple of moments. Do not let it fry too long otherwise it is going to get very bitter. Afterwards, add cut potatoes, pour vegetable broth or water with vegetable stock, add bay leaves and let it cook until are potatoes soft. Season with salt and pepper at the end. And your soup is ready and tastes delicious with fresh piece of bread!
Enjoy and have a great weekend!
