Finally at home. My journey home was a bit of struggle today. There was an awful car accident on my way (second in two weeks, on almost the same place!!). It just literally happened in front of me, so suddenly everything stopped. I got stuck for good two or three hours in the middle of nowhere. I was not able to do anything, nor help… Just wait. And the only thing I thought was my little one, that he is going to be incredibly tired or sleeping when I arrive. He was. But already having his bath with my husband and I could at least gave him his good night bottle and put him to bed with fairy tale and that made my day ❤
And I asked my husband what he would love to eat for dinner, something of his favourites, and his answer was “mole”. However unfortunately, I was not able to make it today, but I am definitely going to do it during the weekend, so he can have his small dosage of Mexico 🙂
Have you ever tried mole sauce? Have you used mole paste? We have it at home in glass bottles and it is pretty straight forward to use it 🙂 Have a look in the link below, how you can use mole paste and check nice mole recipe here. I am going to prepare our mole soon so I will share with you as well!

When I tried it for the first time, it was something completely new for me! 🙂 It is very different. But for example with entomatadas, it tastes very good! 🙂

It is smooth sauce made from dried chillies and it can contain chocolate as well (but you can find many types of Mole without chocolate) 🙂 It has been definitely something different for me

To be honest, Sophie, I have no idea. We always bring Mole from Mexico… as I think it is the best option. I will ask my husband if he knows about any good one 🙂
