I simply love weekends and breakfast time… because my husband cooks 🙂 And I simply love it. This weekend, he has prepared delicious omelette. For him, just piece of bread is not breakfast. It has to be always something very nice, like a proper meal. And I have gotten used to it and I simply love it…
What do you need per omelette:
2 – 3 eggs
handful of grated Mozzarella or any other one you may prefer
2 pieces of ham
1 – 2 tomatoes
spicy salami or pepperoni
I am sure, that all of you have ever tried any type of omelette. This one is very quick and easy as well. Take 2 – 3 eggs and beat them up together with grated Mozzarella and cut ham pieces. Once done, take a pan with lid, heat it up together with butter and pour egg mix into the pan. Lower the heat and cover the omelette and let it cook. In the mean time, chop spring onion, tomato and when is omelette almost ready, sprinkle it on top of the omelette, cover with pieces of spicy salami or pepperoni and grated cheese. Cook it cover until is omelette done and cheese nicely melted.
You can serve straight away with warmed up tortillas, refried beans and avocado. Believe me, it is very nice beginning of the day and your little one will love it too. You can always add something what you may like and make it even better.
