It has been already some time I have posted about Mexican Tamales 🙂 I have found this very nice recipe – just the word “easy” does not sound as I would call it 😀 Everything else but easy 😀 However, it is about perspective, isn’t it? To be honest, I am not planning to prepare tamales any time soon, however this recipe has caught my attention so I am sharing it with you as well…
Have I told you that our aupair is leaving us? It has came as surprise, to be honest. She does not look convince that she wants to leave, but she is leaving… At the beginning I was sad and disappointed, however I do understand it and there is nothing I can do about it. After checking few options during the weekend I was a bit upset, but at the end… I called our previous Mexican aupair. And guess what… she is coming back!! 🙂 It has been such a relief. We know her, she knows my little one so not bad feelings at the beginning, that much fear… it seems it is going to work well! 🙂 Now when I am thinking about it she may bring some delicious tamales!
Happy Monday!
