I hope you all had a great weekend. Our is slowly finishing and tomorrow back to work again. Weather here in UK is just amazing, proper summer (a bit too hot for me, but I cannot complain). As this weekend is full of sport – Wimbledon and World Cup and me still recovering, I did not cook that much and I have so many outstanding posts so hopefully, next week will be a bit better 🙂
However last week, I have made Spanish rice dish. I am not using that much salt, to be honest. Mainly because of our little one, but as well I usually have nice combination of flavours, so I do not really miss it. However, our aupair… she eats incredible amount of salt. Therefore, question for you, my friends… how are you with seasoning and salt in general? I have just read this interesting post below… Definitely spend couple of minutes to read it 🙂

This article could just as easily been called “The Home Cook’s Fear of Improper Seasoning Leading to Jeer Inducing Food or Possibly Heart Attacks.” Seasoning is the topic that comes up most often in the emails I get so I know it’s a vulnerable area for many home cooks out there. And it certainly doesn’t……
