I have been catching up with your amazing posts this week 🙂 And as well with Carol’s continuous posts about food waste and which I truly like to read and see that someone really cares… I visited last week one of the “zero waste shops” without plastic wraps, bags, etc and I was amazed ❤ For you, who lives in UK and are interested in, check the list of these kind of shops 🙂
Thank you, Carol for sharing your posts! And that frittata looks amazing!

I am sharing the third part of Carol’s posts about waste. I am really glad that she is sharing all this 🙂 She has mentioned few things in this post about nappies. I was concerned about it a lot as well before my little boy was born. In the hospital bag we had regular Pampers nappies, so I used them first ours of my little boy’s life. But very soon… I regretted it so badly. My little boy has gotten incredible rash as all these nappies are simply full of chemicals and secondly… definitely not great for environment. My husband has done huge research about eco friendly nappies and we have gone that way – no gasses, everything pure and natural, crying baby when feeling wet or uncomfortable (what can be pretty quick if eating a lot and well)… but slight help to nature without tons of chemical nappies from our end… ❤
