Our little monkey is growing really fast, 10 months already, and he is eating really well 🙂 More and more new tastes and textures and so far… just green peas is not the best choice. Therefore, we want to share few favourite recipe and someone may get inspired! So have a look 🙂
Pudding from milk for infants
2 full spoon of vanilla pudding or cornstarch, 200 ml of cold water and appropriate amount of milk powder (according to the box of your milk) and if your little one likes fruit, add it as well
Mix the milk powder in cold water and pudding (or cornstarch). Cook at least 2 minutes. You can add a bit of sugar or favourite fruit. You can serve when the pudding is colder. However, little Columbus like it warm!
50 g of cooked chicken breast, 30 g of cooked vegetables, 250 ml of chicken broth and 1 yolk
Cut everything is smaller pieces and mix everything together with chicken broth, cook it for couple of minutes, add yolk, cook until done and serve.
1 potato, 1 carrot, small piece of celery root, small piece of parsley root, few pieces of cauliflower, 1 egg, 200 ml of water, 50 ml of cumin broth
Wash the vegetables, peel and cut into small pieces. Cook in water until soft, add cumin broth. Afterwards, mash half of vegetables and add it back into the soup. To finalise, add egg and cook for couple of minutes.
Spinach rice with chicken pieces
1 cup of rice, 1 cup of baby spinach, 1 spoon of sour cream, approximately 40 g of chicken breast
Chop spinach into small pieces and cook them with rice. When ready, add sour cream and add cooked chicken breast pieces. Mash it a bit and serve!
Couscous with cream cheese, tomatoes and spinach
1 cup of cooked couscous, 1 spoon of cream cheese, 2 tomatoes, 1 cup of baby spinach
Cook chopped baby spinach, scald tomatoes with warm water and remove the skin. Cut into small pieces, mix with cooked spinach and with couscous. Add the cream cheese at the end and serve.
Baked pasta with broccoli and courgette
100 g of cooked pasta, few pieces of broccoli, half of courgette, a bit of milk for infants, 1 egg and olive oil
Put pasta into the bowl suitable for oven, add cooked mashed vegetables and mix together. Mix egg with milk together, poor into the bowl with pasta and bake it. Bake it until done, but not burnt on top.
Mashed potatoes with broccoli and ham
2 potatoes, water for infants, 2 pieces of ham, pieces of broccoli, water, butter or olive oil
Peel potatoes, cut them and cook them with chopped broccoli until soft. Add a bit of warmed up milk for infants, mash potatoes and broccoli, add cut ham and mix it properly together. You can serve with few pieces of broccoli aside and let your little one eat it by himself.
Lentil salad with vegetables and steamed fish
4 spoons of red lentils, half of courgette, 1 carrot, 100 g of fish
Cook lentils, chopped courgette and carrot until soft. Steam fish in steam cooker until done. When everything ready, mash it together and serve.
