Hopefully, you have had a great weekend. Our was a bit busy… Lot of new things are happening, new adventures are coming. We have a new aupair since the end of last week as well, from Spain this time! We were looking for new house on Saturday and we found one! So… we are almost ready to move. And today, we spoke with our Mexican family, so I had a bit of sad mood as they are really far away. Our today´s dinner were quesadillas. And to introduce what are quesadillas, we had flour one, corn one and homemade one. However, I did not take such a beautiful pictures as it is shown in article below and where is nicely shown how it can be done 🙂 And together with that… recipe for Mexican tetelas is included! 🙂 Or in other words… other way how to like tortillas!!!
